FAQ'S

When should we book our travel and accommodation?

We encourage you to book your flights and accommodation as early as possible to take advantage of the best rates.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors to take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. In case of rain, we have a plan to move everything indoors, and there will be plenty of shelter and shade for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. There’s a section on the RSVP where you can specify your preferences.

Who can I contact for help with travel arrangements?

For assistance with travel plans, feel free to reach out to Lyn or Steve, we’re happy to help.

What is the attire for the wedding day?

We’re hoping for sunshine, so we recommend light, summery attire. Think summer dresses and light suits—comfortable and stylish for a warm, outdoor setting.

Will there be parking options available?

Yes, there is ample parking at the entrance of the hotel. If you're staying in the main town and need a taxi/transport and need help arranging just let us know.

Say you'll be there

Please let us know if you can make it by March at the latest.

Kindly provide us with your contact information and any other info in case we need to request additional details from you.
